The images of the events with which Selpix provides its services are displayed for accepted advertising purposes. The photographs and human figures published on the Platform may have undergone alterations or digital adjustments, prior to their publication.
Selpix is an innovative and participatory platform that transforms the event experience by allowing guests to send photos and messages directly to screens by scanning QR codes, creating unique and interactive moments. Users can access Selpix through our website, where they will find all the necessary details to enjoy our services.
Selpix offers a range of service packages designed to meet the needs of both individuals and companies. Each package includes exclusive and premium features, ensuring a personalized and complete experience, adapted to the specific requirements of each event.
By contracting any of the packages, the Client/User accepts the specific functionalities and limitations of each one, described on the Selpix sales page and subject to modification. The contracting and use of our services imply acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the commitment to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with the services acquired.
Likewise, we request detailed information about the event from the Client/User, including location, date, time, and any other relevant data, to ensure the proper provision of the service.
Once the service is paid for, the Client has the possibility to configure and test their event before the scheduled date, using the Selpix test screen. This tool, which is not a physical screen but a simulated environment accessible from the computer, allows the Client to upload photos and texts to familiarize themselves with the platform and verify its operation. During this stage, the uploaded photos and texts will not be subject to moderation and will only be displayed on the test screen, without interfering with the actual event.
To purchase our packages and contract our services, you must be over 18 years of age. Any individual under 18 years of age should not register or make payments on the platform. If we detect or become aware of the participation of minors in the registration and/or payments on our platform, we reserve the right to restrict access, or take other necessary measures to comply with the established age restrictions.
We emphasize that Selpix does not assume responsibility for the violation of age restrictions by users. Although we do not assume this responsibility, we undertake to collaborate fully with the authorities, should any legal situation arise related to the participation of minors on our platform according to the applicable Argentine laws.

To fully access Selpix services, such as creating events, the user must register on the platform. During the registration process, personal information will be collected, including first name, last name, email address, phone number, city, province, and country. Users participating in events and simply interacting with the platform will not be required to register or provide any personal data. However, we want to assure users that Selpix takes privacy seriously and that the information collected is used solely in accordance with the platform's privacy policy, with the aim of improving the experience and providing personalized service.

When registering, the client guarantees that all information provided is accurate and true. Companies confirm that they have the authority to register on behalf of the business entity and thereby provide the required information.
When registering on Selpix, the client can opt for subscription plans to access additional features or benefits that the platform may offer. The subscription is paid through a secure payment gateway and is automatically renewed in the chosen period. In case the automatic debit fails due to insufficient funds, the system will make up to three additional attempts. If the charge is not successful, the subscription will be automatically canceled, which may interrupt access to the features included in the plan. It is the exclusive responsibility of the client to ensure that their payment method has sufficient funds.
Selpix reserves the right to update the prices of its subscription plans at any time. In case of change, the client will be notified at the registered email address at least 7 days in advance, before the new amount is applied in the next billing cycle.
The client can cancel their subscription at any time from their user panel at https://selpix.net/ or through the payment gateway used in the initial subscription. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, with the service remaining active until that date. No refunds will be granted for already paid periods.
It is essential that the client ensures that the place where the event will take place has adequate network coverage. Selpix assumes no responsibility in case of lack of network at that location. It is the client's responsibility to guarantee a stable connection for the proper functioning of the service.
We recommend performing thorough tests before the event to ensure a smooth experience. The client can test all the service features, from content upload to real-time interaction. We recommend that the client ensure reliable and sufficient network coverage during the event. Our team is available to provide advice and support in event planning and execution as long as it is considered appropriate for the proper functioning of the service.
Selpix strives to offer a high-quality service, but the client's experience may be affected by external factors.
The client can modify the date and time of their event as long as they do so at least 24 hours in advance of the initially agreed date. After this deadline, they must contact our support service to verify availability. However, Selpix does not guarantee successful modifications if the message is not received and processed in time.
If the client cancels the event for any reason, no refunds will be made and the amount paid is not subject to return. However, in situations where the client wishes to change the date of the event, the amount paid will be applied to the new agreed date. Selpix guarantees the refund of the amount paid only in situations where the problem is directly related to the platform. In exceptional cases, such as internal failures, service interruptions, or specific platform inconveniences, a corresponding refund will be processed, subject to a technical inspection by the support team to determine if the inconvenience affected the proper functioning of the platform. Such errors or failures must have prevented the use of the platform during the entire event for the refund to be processed. Refunds will not be considered in case of external problems, such as client connection failures, incorrect use, or factors beyond Selpix's control.
Selpix takes the security of our clients and users very seriously. We are committed to providing a rigorous moderation system that ensures the appropriateness and safety of the content shared on our platform. Our moderation is carried out with full respect for user privacy. Users participate anonymously by uploading photos and messages to event screens. The content is subject to moderation before being displayed on the screens or stored in digital albums, where photos and texts containing inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, torturous, defamatory, slanderous, libelous, or showing inappropriate behavior will be filtered, accepted, and/or rejected without prior notice to the user. Images or texts that violate our policies will not be displayed on the event screens or stored in the album.
We understand the importance of effective photo and text moderation, which is why our process is thorough and adheres to the laws and regulations established in the Civil and Commercial Code, providing a legal framework for user actions in case of non-compliance. Selpix carries out its responsibilities in a manner that respects user privacy, ensuring they can enjoy a safe experience.
All photos approved by our moderators during the event will be automatically added to the digital album corresponding to said event. Users will be able to access this album through a link provided during the event. Albums configured as public will be identifiable and published on the Platform, allowing any user accessing the platform to view them without restrictions. In the case of albums configured as private, these will not be available in the public section of the platform, guaranteeing content privacy. The client has the option to configure their album as private if they so wish, ensuring greater control over photo privacy. In this mode, the client can decide how and with whom to share the album using a personalized link.
The photos within the album may contain a distinctive watermark from Selpix, from an associated sponsor, or from a company that has purchased a business pack. If the Client wishes to remove this watermark, an additional charge will apply, as specified by the Platform.
All approved photos will be accessible on the platform for 6 months from the event date. During this period, the client/user has the possibility to download them for safekeeping. After this period, the photos will be automatically deleted from the platform. It is the client/user's responsibility to download the images before the established deadline. To ensure the preservation and backup of their visual content, clients are advised to download the relevant images within the stipulated timeframe, as no access will be provided to the photos after they are deleted from the platform. Any additional queries regarding photo management beyond the mentioned period can be directed to the corresponding support service.
For clients who have contracted a Selpix package, the service will be enabled to project on the screen continuously during the event, with a maximum duration of 8 hours from the scheduled start time. During this period, the client may opt to project continuously or to include intervals in the projection according to their needs.
Selpix recognizes that photos of minors may be uploaded to the platform in the context of events. However, Selpix acts exclusively as a technology service provider and assumes no legal responsibility for the content uploaded by users.
It is the exclusive responsibility of the client hiring Selpix for their event, whether directly or through an official provider, to ensure that express consent is obtained from parents or legal guardians for the photos of minors to be uploaded to the platform. Although the client is the one hiring the service, they must be aware that event guests can upload content directly by scanning the QR code from their phones. Therefore, it is the client's responsibility to inform attendees about the need to respect the privacy of minors and comply with applicable legal regulations.
Selpix does not verify or review the authenticity of the consents provided and relies on the accuracy of the statements made by the client. In case legal issues arise related to photos of minors, the responsibility lies exclusively with the client who hired the service.
Selpix will fully cooperate with legal authorities in investigations related to possible infringements and may provide relevant information about users who have uploaded content if legally required.
Selpix is committed to doing everything possible to prevent the publication of inappropriate content related to minors. Any content that violates ethical and moral terms will be rejected during the moderation process.
Selpix operates in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Argentine Republic, including the Personal Data Protection Law and the Right to Privacy in Personal Data Processing (Law No. 25.326). By using our service, the client grants their consent for the processing of personal data in accordance with the provisions established in Law No. 25.326.
Selpix offers paid services that require the payment of fees and charges associated with the packages selected by the client. By hiring any of the services, the client accepts the responsibility to make the corresponding payment and acknowledges that the rates may vary depending on the characteristics of the purchased package.
The client understands that hiring any package implies a payment commitment and acceptance of the billing policies established by Selpix.
Paid packs will be paid through a secure payment gateway. Selpix is fully committed to ensuring and guaranteeing the confidentiality and security of all transactions carried out on the platform, thereby ensuring a reliable experience during the payment process.
Selpix reserves the right to modify or adjust fees and charges at any time. Changes will apply to new clients immediately, while existing clients will be notified at least 30 days in advance before the renewal of their contracted package.

All intellectual property rights related to the 'Selpix' brand are the exclusive property of Selpix. This includes, but is not limited to, the trade name, logo, slogan, graphic designs, domain names, distinctive elements, technical documentation, software, and any other asset protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Selpix provides business clients with two advertising spaces within the platform, designed to maximize the promotion of their brands and services:
Selpix does not review, approve, or take responsibility for the content uploaded in these advertising spaces, nor for the content or functionality of the external URLs provided by the business client. The exclusive responsibility for the URLs lies with the business client, including compliance with applicable legal regulations regarding advertising, privacy, and copyright.
Selpix does not guarantee the security, availability, or correct functioning of external URLs and assumes no relationship, endorsement, or approval regarding the content or services offered through them. Additionally, Selpix reserves the right to suspend or remove any advertising space if the linked content infringes laws, internal policies, or is inappropriate, harmful, or detrimental to third parties.
The purpose of these advertising spaces is strictly promotional, for the benefit of the business client, and any inappropriate or illicit use will be the exclusive responsibility of the business client.
Selpix provides its business clients with exclusive content for social networks, including videos and images, specifically designed to advertise related services. This content:

Business clients who purchase Selpix service packages are not authorized to:
Any company that purchases an enterprise package and maintains an active account automatically becomes an 'Official Selpix Provider'. This status will last as long as the business account remains active. For this purpose, Selpix will provide them with an official badge, which must be used in all their publications, websites, and any communication related to the promotion of Selpix services.
If a provider decides not to publicize the official badge, Selpix will send them a formal notification to reverse this situation.
The advertising content provided by Selpix can be used anywhere in the world, as long as the provider maintains their active account and complies with the rules for using the official badge.
Failure to comply with these provisions by business clients may result in:
If Selpix detects or is notified of unauthorized use of its brand, it will send a formal notification to the infringer from the email address [EMAIL_ADDRESS]. Emails will be sent from an email receipt confirmation system installed on Selpix's servers, ensuring that the notification has been effectively received by the recipient. If updated contact information is unavailable, Selpix may use any other reasonable and verifiable means of communication to notify the infringer.
The infringer will have 30 days from the date of sending said notification to cease the improper use and, if applicable, transfer any domain, trade name, or element that infringes Selpix's rights.
Failure to comply with this deadline will authorize Selpix to take appropriate legal action, including but not limited to lawsuits for damages and the request for injunctive relief to protect its trademark rights.
Selpix reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend, at any time and without prior notice, the account of any client or official provider if it determines that the terms established in this document are being breached or if it considers that its intellectual property, business image, or reputation are being affected.
Furthermore, Selpix reserves the right to take legal action against any client, user, or provider who, in Selpix's sole judgment, engages in conduct that violates these terms, including but not limited to:
